How long does a custom order take?
Every piece is handmade to order, so turnaround times vary depending on the project. Most personalised orders are completed within 1–3 weeks, while larger commissions and wedding orders may take longer. If you need something for a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and I'll do my best to help.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Absolutely. I love creating bespoke pieces. Whether it's a family name sign, memorial gift, pet portrait, wildlife artwork or something completely different, I'd be happy to discuss your ideas.
Can I personalise an existing design?
Yes. Many of my designs can be personalised with names, dates, quotes or meaningful messages. If you're unsure what's possible, just ask before ordering.
Will I see a design before it's made?
Absolutely. You'll receive a digital proof for approval before production begins. This gives you the opportunity to check names, dates, wording and layouts.
